Capabilities

We are committed to achieving the highest standards of precision and excellence in every project we undertake.

To support this commitment, we leverage state-of-the-art Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and laser technologies that enhance our capabilities and ensure exceptional outcomes.

CAD / 3D In-house

Our use of advanced CAD software allows us to create highly detailed and accurate 3D models of our designs. This precision helps us visualise every aspect of the project, from initial concepts to final production, ensuring that all elements are perfectly aligned and functional.

CAD technology allows us to easily modify and refine designs based on client feedback or changes in specifications. This flexibility ensures that the final product meets the exact needs and preferences of our clients.

We can simulate various conditions and stresses on our designs, analysing their performance before actual production. This helps identify potential issues early in the design process, allowing for adjustments that enhance durability and functionality.

CNC Blanking – Laser Cutting

Amada – LC 2415-Alpha V

Our laser cutting technology delivers precise, intricate designs while minimising waste. It boosts efficiency, meeting tight deadlines with high-quality results, and works seamlessly with diverse materials and thicknesses for versatile fabrication.

Maximum Material Thickness

– 12mm mild steel

– 8mm stainless (Clean cut)

– 5mm aluminium (A5052)

Maximum Sheet Capacity

– 8000mm x 1500 mm x 300mm (Max 300kg sheet weight)

CNC Folding

We have a brand new and state of the art Amada HRB-2204 – 220 Tonne brake press with capacity to fold/bend 4300mm long

CNC folding machines provide exceptional accuracy, with the ability to achieve tight tolerances and repeatable results. The computer-controlled system ensures that each bend is executed exactly as specified.

The CNC system automates the folding process, reducing the need for manual intervention and increasing efficiency. This automation also helps minimise human error and ensures uniformity across multiple parts.
